JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Financial Associate performs routine accounting activities for grants, contracts and state supported activities including financial reporting, budget preparation and maintenance according to UT policies and procedures. This position performs complex accounting, financial, payroll and/or budgeting special projects as directed by the Grants Administrator or Financial Coordinator for the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Biochemistry (MIB).
