Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on program sales performance and margin trends to support business decisions. Assist in developing forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership. Conduct variance analysis on actual results versus plans and identify key drivers and opportunities.
