Finance Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership and operational guidance at a manufacturing site in San Diego, California. This role will serve as a critical partner to the Site General Manager and leadership team, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting decision-making processes to enable business growth. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cost accounting, forecasting, and operational analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the site’s financial leader and strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team to achieve financial targets and support organizational growth.
