Job Description

• Manage the financial function of the Employer to ensure the accuracy, integrity, legality, and timeliness of financial reports in accordance with Philippines laws and regulations
• Establish and maintain a system of internal control of Employer assets, revenues and expenses
• Direct the timely recording of financial data and preparation of financial and management reports
• Develop and administer systems and procedures to ensure the timely collection of receivables and the discharge of financial obligations and funding of the company
• Develop and maintain annual budgets for use in planning and controlling business operations
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting system and procedures
• Oversee and supervise accounting staff and take responsibility over the accuracy of their records and reports
