Finance Manager

An experienced Finance Manager is sought by a highly regarded international architecture practice with ambitious global projects across a range of scales and typologies.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled in Xero and confident in handling the complexities of multi-company, multi-currency financial management. Strong knowledge of Excel, accounting systems, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines is essential, along with demonstrable experience in reporting, cashflow, budgeting, and compliance.

Crucially, prior experience within an architecture practice (or closely related design environment) is essential, as this knowledge is key to navigating the unique financial structures, project-based billing, and compliance requirements within the sector.

The role offers significant scope to work closely with directors to shape the long-term financial strategy, as well as to refine systems and internal processes across the studio.
