Eden Scott Accountancy & Finance Division are delighted to be supporting a well-established not-for-profit in Glasgow who are seeking a Finance Manager to lead their finance function. This is a pivotal role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and develop a small finance team, driving continuous improvement across finance and grants

  • Oversee month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting, including audit and tax compliance

  • Deliver timely and insightful management reporting, forecasts, and budget analysis

  • Manage payroll, cash flow, treasury, and VAT returns

  • Maintain and enhance financial controls, systems, and procedures

  • Support budget holders and non-finance teams with financial training and guidance

  • Lead the grants programme, including payments, reporting, and impact analysis
