1. Job Purpose
The Finance Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial and project-related documentation for the project. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth financial operations, compliance, and timely payments.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management & Control
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial and project-related records
- Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and traceable
- Organize and update files systematically in shared platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, internal systems)
- Assist in invoicing processes and documentation preparation
- Track financial documents related to project billing and payments
- Ensure all required documents are submitted on time to avoid delays
