Finance Director (PERE)

Overview

We are seeking a Finance Director for an integrated developer and investment management firm specialising in modern industrial and logistics real estate in key Asian cities.

Responsibilities

• Full-fledged finance and accounting responsibilities including taxation, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financing, and cash flow management supporting fundraising and deal advisory.
• Work closely with the investment team, commercial director, and managing director on all projects and portfolios.
• Business partner with bankers on financing matters and negotiation.
• Recommend investment parameters to manage risks and generate an acceptable rate of return.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Accountancy and Chartered Accountant designation with 10‑15 years of relevant experience, excluding external audit years.
