Leader-equivalent role has no direct people management duties, but you will hold strong technical influence and act as a trusted advisor in key transformation initiatives. You will implement solutions within established designs and standards, with a clear growth path into broader solution ownership over time.
On a daily basis
Modernise legacy automations: reverse‑engineer existing Excel/VBA solutions and implement agreed replacements using modern automation tools and team standards.
Build resilient workflows: create automation with robust error handling, logging, and clear recovery steps to minimise manual intervention.
