• Final Finish Technician Department: Production / Manufacturing Reports To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager FLSA Status: Hourly / Non-Exempt Job Summary The Final Finish Technician is responsible for the final inspection, finishing, and preparation of products before shipment.


• This role ensures all products meet quality standards, appearance requirements, and customer specifications through sanding, polishing, touch-ups, cleaning, and final quality checks.
