Drive and support the implementation of safety policies, initiatives, and strategies to align with Terracon’s Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture, Strategic Plan , and Purpose, Vision, and Values.
+ Identify and analyze safety related key performance indicators (KPI’s) to assess the effectiveness of safety strategies and make data driven decisions.
