Field Service Technician - Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN and Surrounding Areas

The Field Service Technician is responsible to provide repair services to equipment at the customer location, maintain parts and equipment inventory to effectively perform repairs, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for customers. The field service technician would work in the twin cities as well as surrounding areas.



Expectations:

Diagnose equipment and complete necessary repairs at customer locations.


+ Repair equipment (coffee, juice, dish machine, laundry, etc.)

+ Accurate and timely documentation and record keeping, EMP

+ Training/testing for knowledge and proficiency




Proper use and operation of company equipment and property.


+ Update and maintain equipment to good working order.

+ Perform proper preventative maintenance

+ Document parts used on equipment to assist in inventory control
