Job Responsibilities
- Perform installations, validations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on sophisticated analytical instrumentation, ensuring top‑tier quality and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their workflows and offering tailored solutions, training, and technical support.
- Identify and develop revenue opportunities (billable services, consumables, upgrades).
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, spare parts, and company equipment.
