Field Delivery Engineer (FDE)

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Field Delivery Engineer, you will translate HCL Software's Agentic Platform into customised, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients — building integrations, resolving complex issues, and training client teams to maximise ROI on their software investments. - Translate HCL Software products into production-ready, client-tailored solutions that fit existing enterprise infrastructure. - Build APIs, automation scripts, and custom data pipelines to integrate HCL solutions seamlessly into legacy and modern systems. - Provide on-site or remote diagnostic support — resolve edge cases and debug production issues under tight, client-driven deadlines. - Lead technical discovery workshops, act as a subject matter expert, and train client teams to maximise adoption and ROI. - Proactively document solutions, configurations, and known issues to build shared knowledge across the delivery community.
