Field Coordinator

General Description

The Field Coordinator supports the implementation of field-based project activities in assigned communities, schools, and municipalities. The role ensures effective coordination with LGUs, schools, farmer groups, cooperatives, and other stakeholders in delivering interventions related to regenerative agriculture, livelihoods, food production, and school/community-based programs.

The position requires regular field presence, strong coordination skills, accurate documentation, and timely reporting to ensure efficient and compliant implementation in line with project workplans and donor requirements. The Field Coordinator reports to the Project Manager and Field Manager and will be based in BARMM.
