1. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.
2. Experience
- Prior experience in survey coordination, data collection, or field implementation.
- Experience with EGRA or similar assessments is highly desirable.
3. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of research methodologies.
- Proficiency with digital data collection tools.
- Experience in quality assurance for surveys.
4. Leadership & Communication
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong skills in logistics coordination and stakeholder communication.
5. Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent planning and time management abilities.
- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills to efficiently manage field challenges.
