Purpose of the position The main purpose of this position is to analyze product failures, find out the causes of failures, and propose improvement measures, so as to improve product quality and reliability and reduce costs.

Duties and Responsibilities Analyze the causes of failures:

• Use professional analysis techniques and tools to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth inspection and analysis of failed products, and determine the root causes of product failures, including design defects, material problems, manufacturing process deviations, environmental factors, etc.

Provide improvement suggestions:

• Based on the results of failure analysis, put forward specific improvement suggestions and measures to relevant departments such as R&D, production, and quality control.
