Description

Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straight edges.
Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
Take daily/weekly/monthly readings of equipment operating temperature, psi, fluid levels, fuel levels, etc.
Accurately and timely recording of readings onto data sheets and providing to maintenance coordinator for filing.
Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
