Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting the development of standard work and consistent controls. This position works to document and align processes and best practices and ensures implementation of these processes through supporting the development of comprehensive training programs. In addition to standard training, provides ongoing support, coaching and mentoring as needed. Manages special projects and drives continuous improvement to departmental processes, while assuring compliance with Sutter Health Policy.Has an awareness of work performed by the team and focuses primarily in one of: Construction Contract Management, Finance Management, Process Documentation/Improvement or Department Technology.
Job Description :
This is a work from home position with some onsite work. Ideal candidate will live in the Sutter footprint
