- Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional).
- Offers a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
