• Coordinate with all tool‑install contractors to execute equipment hookup for new, conversion, unhooking and relocation tools, to meet high quality standard, dynamic schedule and forecasted budget
• Coordinate with Fab equipment owner to facilitate utilities release as per planned schedule, and update tool release status timely
