Organises, controls and coordinates the strategic and operational management of buildings and facilities in a public and private organisations to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects of a facility, to create and sustain safe and productive environments for occupants. 5+ years of relevant experience. Diploma level qualification or higher.
Requirements Plan, organise, co-ordinate and oversee (generally through subordinate managers or supervisors) administrative operational activities of the facility. Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations. As well as compiling reports on operating expenses and income.
May hire other support staff. Benefits Employer Sponsored Visa. Permanent Residency (PR) pathway after 3 years of employment.
