Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by the Business Development Director to support business objectives
• Coordinate with client representatives to oversee defect rectification and track outstanding maintenance work by the in-house team
• Lead and supervise the in-house maintenance team to resolve daily facilities maintenance issues efficiently
