Facilities Engineer (Instrument & Control)

Job Description

• Create P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, control system schematics, and select field instruments (transmitters, sensors, control valves).
• Maintain instrumentation systems to maximize plant uptime, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolve operational failures.
• Develop and implement control strategies using DCS, PLC, or SCADA systems.
• Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and participate in hazard studies.
• Perform FAT and SAT, commission new equipment, manage vendor documents, and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Prepare technical reports, data sheets, and maintenance procedures.
• Manage and execute maintenance of instrument and analyzer to ensure reliability.
• Provide technical support in the field of instrument and analysis.
