Facilities Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of facility infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, structural components, and building maintenance such as drainage, water supply, civil works and sewerage works.
• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs for facility systems, including HVAC (air conditioning, heating, refrigeration), building exhaust fans, ventilation units, CDA, Liquid Nitrogen, WWTP, STP and etc.
• Preventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Quickly identify and resolve facility operation issues, coordinating with internal teams or external contractors as needed.
