Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and assist in coordinating project activities.
- Interface with functional departments, update project plans, and resolve issues affecting project deliverables.
- Lead the preparation and follow‑up of purchase orders with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings, coordinate material delivery schedules, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain project documentation, assist in document preparation for submissions, and handle other ad‑hoc duties as required.
- ITE Nitec with 1 -2 years working experience
- Requires to walk around not frequently seating in office
- $3000
- Located near Newton
