Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Sr. Program Manager to manage Pickup and Seller Network Programs as part of External Fulfilment Operations team. The Program Manager will lead Project Value and Pickup Quality to drive efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance the overall seller experience. Reporting to head of EF/ES Operations, this role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of short-term and long-term initiatives to address the key opportunities. This is a critical role that will have a significant impact on the efficiency and reliability of over-all seller network.
