RVS CARGO SERVICES INC. is seeking a skilled and experienced Export Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Binondo, Manila . As the Export Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and compliant export operations of our company, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of export shipments.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to secure space, negotiate rates, and resolve shipment issues.
- Monitored export documentation processes (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients and regulatory authorities.
- Implemented process improvements that reduced shipment delays, optimized cost efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
