About the RoleUmedra Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Export Executive to own our end-to-end export operations for personal care products and OTC ointments. You'll ensure every shipment moves smoothly — compliant, on time, and fully documented — while keeping internal teams, banks, and global partners aligned.What You'll DoDocumentation & CompliancePrepare, verify, and manage core export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, MSDS, and COAEnsure full compliance with LC terms, contracts, DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI regulationsHandle export incentive schemes including RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, and Advance LicenseLogistics & CoordinationCoordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and transportersTrack shipments end-to-end;
