Experience Management Consultant (Qualtrics)

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 5-10 years of Hands‑on experience in Qualtrics XM and XM Discover with implementation, configuration and technical support experience.
• Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in API integrations and system connectivity
• Must have experience in Automated Workflow
• Must have experience in Data handling & Data analysis
• Must have experience in BI or Analytics Tools like PowerBI
• Experience in Microsoft Office & Collaboration/ticketing tools - Confluence and Jira
• Experience working with Cross Functional Teams and handling multiple stakeholders
• Good to have Project Management certifications (PMP or Prince2), Experience Management and design related certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
