Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

Assist the Expenses Controller to complete the non-technical close process for the Company

Maintains the Expenses core process including: invoice and expense recording, fixed asset register, accruals and prepayments

Prepares annual budget and quarterly forecast including co-ordination of meetings with cost centre managers

Provides support for cost centre managers including cost centre reporting

Qualifications required:

Finalist or newly Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

Experience required:

2 years experience within the financial services industry

Good understanding of non-technical finance allocation processes

Proficiency with Excel, including Sumifs, Vlookups and pivot tables
