Executive, Technical Services, Industrial (12-Months Contract)

This positionplays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning for assigned sites and ensure that the M&E systems in buildings are in good order. This role will provide maintenance and engineering support to a portfolio of properties under Mapletree Industrial Trust. You will also manage tenants’ requests for M&E services and assist in overseeing all M&E upgrading projects.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs for all M&E systems.
• Procure service contracts and liaise with relevant service providers to implement rectification works.
• Investigate latent defects issues, review and challenge technical recommendations and solutions from the service providers or outsourced contractors on any technical matters, capex works.
