Vacancy Description
Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules * Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes * Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive * Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries * Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required * Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion * Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders * Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion * Support office administration and coordination activities * Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time-management abilities * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoin...
