Executive Sales Director

• Report to CEO
• Build strong working relationships with Clients and media agencies
• Identifies growth/ improvement opportunities with existing and new customers/ markets ensuring that the market share and revenues/ profit objectives are realized
• Develops, communicates and implements commercial strategies
• Contributes to the strategic direction and day-to-day business segments
• Understands the needs, desires and requirements of the customers and translates those into sales

Experience,Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and partnership role(s). Strong commercial experience in similar role.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and adopt a hands-on approach to growing new/strategic clients.
• Good sales track record. Has a network of clients/brands either Chinese brands and/or established brands.
