Executive - Inventory Controller (Night Shift)

Role Overview The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy and shrinkage control at the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring smooth inventory flow across fresh fruits & vegetables and ambient SKUs. The role focuses on maintaining alignment between system and physical inventory, minimizing wastage, and ensuring inventory readiness for daily order fulfillment. The position plays a critical role in improving inventory discipline, operational efficiency, and stock accuracy within a fast-paced distribution environment handling perishable inventory. Key Responsibilities Maintain inventory accuracy between WMS/ERP systems and physical stock across all DC zones; monitor stock movement, inventory transactions, and ensure timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
