This position is perfect for someone who values structure, systems, and the smooth execution of complex operations. You will collaborate closely with the Founder, Head of Corporate Operations, and internal analysts to ensure compliance, financial clarity, and operational excellence.

● Manage procurement, invoicing, inventory, and shipments

● Oversee licensing, registrations, and regulatory compliance

● Coordinate with accountants, logistics partners, and vendors

● Maintain investor-ready records and support fundraising diligence
