JOB DESCRIPTION
:Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a broad range of executive office duties in accordance with departmental guidelines and governance standards.
Exercises a high degree of independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the President and Leadership.
Acts as an extension of the President, managing priorities, inbox, requests, and information flow to optimize executive effectiveness and decision making.
Coordinates, handles and resolves issues independently and proactively, seeking guidance and direction of the Leader as appropriate.
Plans, schedules and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and maintains the Leader's business calendar. Will also support SVP's with expenses and travel.
