Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for shoreside bulk roles.
- Partner with global teams and local leadership to forecast hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate offers.
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, job fairs, campus recruitment, and online platforms.
