Events & Hospitality Coordinator

How would your job looks like :

• Process all incoming event requests
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their event needs are met
• Write function sheets, price offers and invoices
• Promote our hotel with sales prospections over the phone or through external sales actions
• Organize the hotel’s visit and recommend the facilities of the property

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in event management preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong commercial skills and ability to drive event revenue
• Good language skills in Luxemburgish, German and English, French.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
