Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Event Executive to support event sales and manage event execution from planning to completion. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys dealing with clients, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth event delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle event inquiries and support lead conversion
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
• Prepare quotations, event proposals, and presentation materials

• Manage event planning timelines, logistics, and execution
• Ensure smooth onsite event operations and troubleshoot issues when necessary
