Event Coordinator

Ondaro is looking for an organized, detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team. You'll support the planning and execution of events that move pipeline forward and put our brand in front of the right people — from industry conferences to client workshops and field activations.

Reporting to our Sr. Events and Campaign Manager, you will keep events running on time and on target.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate logistics for events such as venue sourcing, vendor communications, timelines, and materials
• Manage event timelines and track deliverables to keep projects moving
• Help prepare event materials including registration pages, run‑of‑show documents, signage, swag, and collateral (note: shipping and fulfillment will be managed from the United States)
• Maintain event calendars and keep internal stakeholders informed
