You'll be part of a global organisation, supporting cutting‑edge eTrading platforms used across key financial hubs including New York, Tokyo, and Singapore.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day‑to‑day production support for critical FX applications
- Monitor system health, perform capacity and performance management, and resolve incidents efficiently
- Lead change management activities, including planning, scheduling, and implementing upgrades
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to enhance platform performance, stability, and low‑latency capabilities
