Entry-Level Cost Estimator

Sedona is hiring an entry-level Cost Estimator to help prepare take-offs, estimates, and bid proposals for construction projects.

Responsibilities

+ Prepare take-offs and cost estimates
+ Review plans, specs, and bid documents
+ Evaluate subcontractor quotes
+ Communicate with architects, engineers, and contractors
+ Organize electronic project documents

Qualifications

+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to read and analyze plans
+ Solid math and communication skills
+ Reliable, team-oriented
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Microsoft Office experience
