Estimator - Commercial Construction

We’re working with a well‑established commercial construction business to find an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is a key role within the pre‑construction function, supporting tender preparation through to post‑tender negotiations.

You’ll be involved across a range of commercial projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, competitive tenders with a clear understanding of risk.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a strong commercial construction background, be commercially sharp, and confident producing high‑quality tenders that balance cost, value, and risk.

Key requirements:

• Solid experience in commercial construction, ideally with a background in quantity surveying or pre‑construction
