ESG & Impact Associate

We're hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Associate to join our growing operations team. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio monitoring, ESG & impact management, and compliance — giving you a front-row seat to the full lifecycle of a venture-backed portfolio.

You'll work directly with our investment and operations professionals to produce the data, reporting, and governance infrastructure that keeps our fund running smoothly and our LPs well-informed. It's a high-ownership role suited to someone analytically rigorous, proactive, and genuinely excited about both sustainability and the startup ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Collect, verify, and consolidate financial and operational data from portfolio companies on a regular cadence
