EOI - Regional Manager NSW / ACT

Ventia is seeking internal expressions of interest for a strategic and operational leader to join our Defence Clothing System team as a Regional Manager for NSW/ACT, to commence in 2026. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clothing services across multiple Defence sites, ensuring compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction.
This role can be based in either Sydney or Canberra, however cannot be performed remotely. 

About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will lead and coordinate the operational delivery of Defence Clothing System services across your designated region. Reporting to the Retail Services Manager, you’ll manage site leads, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with Defence and Ventia standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and financial performance.
