Vacancy Description

ERM is hiring an Environmental Field Manager to oversee environmental compliance during the construction phase of our client’s transmission project in Northern Nevada and Southern Idaho. This is a full-time (60-72 hours per week) limited-term role for a duration of 18 months, with the possibility of extension beginning in March 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the daily on‐the‐ground implementation of the environmental monitoring scope
  • Interact directly with the construction contractor and project-related personnel, including daily scheduling of monitoring support for the construction contractor’s crews
  • Report to the client’s representative on a daily basis
  • Track construction activities to forecast monitoring requirements
  • Oversee the daily assignments of individual biological and cultural monitors
  • Manage the timing of clearance surveys
