The Role:

Conduct open for inspections & private inspections

Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups

Conduct reference checks for potential tenants 

Administration support to property management teams

Conduct ingoings, outgoings, routines

Liaising with tenants

Training to become a property manager

The Candidate:

Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential!

A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
