Enterprise Operations System Operator

Responsible for supporting and monitoring cloud and production operations, including batch processing, backup management, and incident resolution in a 24/7 shift environment. The role also supports IT projects, system operations, and compliance with IT security and operational standards.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Operations / Cloud Operations;
• Hands‑on experience in AS/400, Control‑M, AWS Cloud, and Microsoft Azure;
• Experience in batch processing, system monitoring, and backup management;
• Knowledge of IT operational procedures, incident handling, and production support;
• Able to work 24/7 rotational 12‑hour shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
