Engineering Techncian II

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician II, Sand Blast & CST Lab Specialist to lead the setup, commissioning, and operation of our internal sand blast facility and CST lab. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on expertise in industrial sand blasting, process development, and team leadership to ensure high‑quality outputs while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Setup & Commissioning

• Lead the end-to-end setup of the sand blast facility and CST lab.
• Define equipment specifications and oversee installation, qualification, and commissioning.
• Ensure readiness of tools, jigs, consumables, and utilities.
• Establish preventive maintenance plans and spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, and EHS teams to meet site requirements.
